I came to Novotel Brisbane Airport for a conference with Mercedes Benz. I was impressed by the buffet lunch and service from the team. Special thanks to Suzie and Jin for their great hospitality. I will definitely stay at the hotel everytime i'm in the city.

We had an early flight the next morning so booked this out of convenience rather than a city centre hotel. We took taxis to and from the terminal but the hotel I'm pretty sure has a paid for shuttle service. The swimming pool was closed during our stay but we didn't have time to use it anyway! The rooms were really good, clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, this was very yummy. Disappointed the bar shut super early though (we tried to order more drinks at 9.15pm and were told they were closing). The breakfast the next morning was pretty good and the staff went above and beyond to source some unsweetened yogurt for us.

We had dinner here with a delicious May special from Chef Charlie, and our waitress Monita was amazing. She was so helpful and attentive. We look forward to having the June special here. By the way, they will give a complimentary 2 hours of car parking if you dine in.

Been there for DFO shopping and passed by to get dinner, the restaurant was busy but the staff was so helpful and I got a table in a minute. I decided to get a drink at the bar first, a thank to Saba for the fun conversation. I ordered a Scotch Fillet, that was delicious. Thank you, chef Shankey. Will be back here in the future.

We stayed just one night at the Novotel Brisbane Airport before an international flight but it exceeded my expectations. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and well equipped, and the property is easy to reach from Brisbane Airport - either via the free loop bus that runs between the terminals and the DFO shopping centre, or there is a hotel shuttle bus service you can book. I would absolutely stay here again .
